Fruity aroma, blackcurrant, blackberry jelly, raspberries, floral notes such as violets, subtle green bell pepper. Full-bodied on the palate with a nice spiciness to the fruit, compact, distinctive and ripe tannin, more of a soloist at the table and with fatty dishes.
