Tasting Notes
The wine shows a complex and completely pure balsamic spontaneous fermentation spice: aromas of dried orange peel, caraway and cardamom resonate, also an undertone of honey. On the palate, the wine swings from density to finesse, from substance to a subtly sweet roundness, the comparatively ripe acidity supports the structure and emphasises the mineral tones. Authentic!
