Tasting from 21.11.2022: Peter Moser

Strong ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Fine herbal spice, ripe plums, rosehip touch, some nougat and an attractive bouquet. Complex, taut, subtle sweetness, vivid tannins, a hint of tapenade on the finish, salty aftertaste.

More about the tasting

Deep dark ruby garnet with an opaque core, purple reflections and a lightly ochre rim. Attractive black berry fruit on the nose with delicate notes of liquorice, cassis and precious wood, with hints of nougat in behind. The palate is complex and elegant with a core of ripe black cherries backed by firm tannins and a mineral and persistent edge. Finishes on chocolate. Certain ageing potential.
