More about the tastingDeep dark ruby garnet with an opaque core, purple reflections and a lightly ochre rim. Attractive black berry fruit on the nose with delicate notes of liquorice, cassis and precious wood, with hints of nougat in behind. The palate is complex and elegant with a core of ripe black cherries backed by firm tannins and a mineral and persistent edge. Finishes on chocolate. Certain ageing potential.
