Strong carmine garnet, purple reflections, broad ochre brightening on the rim. Ripe berryish fruit, herbal-spicy nuances, roasted onion, somewhat rustic bouquet. Medium body, ripe plums, some graphite, mineral, subtle tannin in the finish.

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, opaque core, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine tobacco and wood spice, a hint of orange zest, ripe plums, a hint of mint, fresh bouquet. Juicy, firm, fresh tannins, subtle hints of cassis, liquorice on the aftertaste, uncomplicated food wine, will benefit from bottle ageing.
