Tasting Notes
Flows viscously into the glass. The nose ispicy with botrytis notes, roast jus and dried porcini mushroom. In the mouth there's some powerful flow, making it feels almost still youthful, and a juicy acidity that balances the seemingly-restrained sweetness. The lower sugar suggests a comparatively longer fermentation. Grippingly dense, with further ageing potential.
