A tremendously youthful bouquet of typical Shiraz pepper spice and Mediterranean herbs: pickled olives and thyme. Smoky nuances. Enormously dense and ethereal. Fresh character with fruit and taut acidity. Great drinking flow with peppery-chocolate spice on the finish.
