Deep ruby. Notes of ripe sour cherry and chocolate covered Amarena cherry on the nose, with a discreet balsamic, ethereal spiciness. Muscular power on the palate, perfectly integrated savouriness of smoked bacon and allspice, taut, lively acidity.
