Soft ruby red. Very delicate nose, extremely elegant bouquet, red berries, sour cherries, plus a discreet bacon note that underlines the varietal character. Vigorous acidity on the palate in combination with ripe, silky tannins, ending on fine savoury notes. Elegant and classic.
