Deep crimson in colour with purple reflections, and a subtle ochre rim. On the nose, aromas of ripe plum, candied orange zest, and subtle herbal spice underpinned by woody nuances. The palate is complex, and juicy, with round tannins, a hint of dried fruit, and a chocolatey finish, already fully developed, a versatile food wine with further ageing potential.
