Tasting Notes
Mineral nose, warm wet stone, menthol, citrus, white stone fruit, increasingly rich following some aeration. Plump and full of mineral notes on the palate, gripping acidity and lots of structure, phenolics. Sinewy, full of tension, very good now but will get better.
