Tasting Notes
Medium greenish-yellow. Pear fruit with a delicate, leafy-vegetal undertone, tobacco-like nuances, orange fruit, and a rather subdued bouquet. Juicy, with a hint of leafy notes again, sweet, extract-rich yellow fruit notes, mineral and well-structured, a delicate hint of apple peel on the finish; comes across as somewhat rustic.
