Tasting from 27.04.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Yellow flowers on the nose, yellow fruit, ripe apricot, honeydew melon and apple, roasted nuts and dried hay flowers. Compact on the palate with stable acidity and beautiful spiciness, again notes of ripe yellow fruit. Medium length, with citrus notes providing an accent on the finish.
