Tasting Notes
Cabernet sauvignon, merlot, lemberger, pinot noir. On the nose blueberry, blueberry compote, and cassis. It has a tight construction, good density, sinewy, on the palate the fruit is momentarily less full than in the aroma, but fresh and exciting, a long-lasting acidity, pithy and mineral, with fine-grained tannins that are extremely well integrated into the body.
