Tasting Notes
Intense rosehip colour. Ripe and powerful notes on the nose, of plum, plum confit, cooked raspberry, hints of smoked meat and cinnamon stick. Juicy on the palate with a ripe and finely chiseled acidity, notes of ripe plum and raspberry as well as some citrus fruit, giving a subtle citrus tartness on the elegant finish. A harmonious style.
