Tasting Notes

88+
Tasting from 15.02.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy aromas with ripe, red berries, black cherry, elderberry, blueberry and light toasty notes. On the palate, grippy tannins, rather restrained acidity, some cooked red fruit and cherry jam. Overall harmoniously balanced with a softness, medium structure and length.
