A SAVOURY and also clearly mineral-tinged spontaneous fermentation aroma rises from the glass, which also leaves room for fruit: red apple, LIME, grapefruit. In the mouth, acidity, phenolics and suppleness are tightly INTERWOVEN, the wine has density and depth and appears to have been cast from a single mold. Tactile minerality dominates the finish. Exciting!.
