Tasting Notes
Light amber, silver reflections. Intense nuances of fresh hazelnut flour, some flint, kumquats, some ginger, multi-faceted bouquet. Flinty, white tropical fruit, lively structure, mineral and fresh, good persistence, lemony nuances on the finish, a somewhat different kind of Pinot Blanc, fine iodine touch in the aftertaste.
