Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with a black core, purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There are aromas of dark forest berry confit, a hint of nougat, fine oak spice, all underlaid with orange zest and plum. It is juicy and firm, finely spicy, chocolaty, with well-integrated tannins, ripe cherry fruit on the finish, and a mineral aftertaste. It is a good food wine.
