Deep dark ruby garnet with purple reflections, an opaque core and some edge brightening. Ripe forest berry jam and a hint of plums is underlaid with nougat notes on the nose. The palate is juicy, with vivid tannins and a fine tobacco spice. Blackberry emerges on the multi-faceted finish, along with a chocolatey touch.
