Neat notes of spontaneous fermentation show on the nose with apple skin and herbs, fine malt and apricot. Shows punchy and with good tension in a powerful athletic built structure, grippy acidity, juicy, fine savouriness and also chalky mineral tinge contributing to the multilayered, slightly rustic overall picture, has character.
