Tasting Notes

88 - 90
Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Light-coloured in the glass and delicately fruity on the nose with a hint of peach, citrus and apple. It's elegantly structured on the palate with an emphasis on the component parts: the vivid acidity accompanies the fruity sweetness in an well judged way, and there's a rather medium-bodied in extract that light-heartedly pulls forward. Definitely in the Kabinett style, this is all about finesse.
