The white wine »Keuper S« Iphofen Kammer Silvaner trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Brennfleck has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Pine needles, fresh hay, fennel and mustard seeds: clearly on the ethereal, savoury side on the nose. Behind this, floral notes and hints of lime. On the palate with a harmonious, fruity flavour, enormous mineral and also vivid phenolic power, both of which ensure length.
