Piquant mineral aroma, meadow herbs, also very light yellow fruit, mirabelle plum, yeast. Silky palate, mildly flowing, round, very delicate phenolics, very mild acidity, lots of juiciness and a slight sweetness on the finish, accompanied by a subtle substance.
