The white wine »Ad Aram« Blanc de Noir Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Brogsitter has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Ahr in Germany.
Light golden yellow colour, aromatically marked by élevage in barrique; smoke, roasted coffee beans, some cherry and raspberry in the background. Powerful and firmly put together, pointedly dry with salty notes and the juice of ripe mirabelle plum. Extraordinary Blanc de Noirs, a great culinary companion.
