Salmon-coloured in the glass. Subtle on the nose, fresh raspberries, strawberries, lemons, followed by dried herbs. Juicy, fresh on the palate with a lively acidity, light carbonation, beautiful fruit with a medium body and finish. Great as a soloist or with light dishes such as a leafy salad with feta and wild berries.
