In addition to the aroma of fresh meadow herbs, the Altenberg brings much yellow fruit and an ethereal contour like water mint and peppermint, and it is both lively and stimulating. On the palate it also opens with mint, followed by a juicy freshness and a grip of minerality. It is a very good wine.
