Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, silver highlights, fine, calm effervescence. Yellow stone fruit, a hint of greengage and yellow plum, subtle mineral nuances, delicate notes of white flowers, delicate hints of arancini, an inviting bouquet. Tight, elegant, white peach, lively, invigorating acidity, white apple, a lemony touch, vibrant and incredibly youthful, lingers very well, salty finish, definite potential for further aging.
