Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate notes of saffron and kumquats, floral nuances, white peach, candied lime zest, mineral, fascinatingly complex bouquet with a hint of royal jelly. Taut, tightly meshed, appears juicy and light-footed at the same time, salty texture, perfectly integrated tannin nuances, lingers for a very long time, some grapefruit in the aftertaste, has reached a first drinking maturity, a perfect food companion, offers light-footed drinking pleasure, a Riesling in a class of its own.
