Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A spicy aroma of herbal bitters emanates from the glass. Cherry fruit, slightly buttery undertones. Dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is juicy, with mild tannins, ripe acidity and a full body on a supple base. Medium to good length with cherry aromas and an intact perspective towards a development that emphasises the elegance.
