Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Thyme and cherry on the nose, delicately fruity and not too far removed from the Pinot aroma, a little mint. On the palate the wine has a dense, cultivated tannin, fine-grained and ripe, juicy, accompanied by comparatively ripe acidity, a fine, gastronomic red wine with a tannin structure that is noticeably reinforced by the Pinot.
