On the nose, apricot, peach, apple, herbal notes and slate savouriness. A filigree structured Riesling, finely balanced, with the steely and lively typical Saar acidity, citrus notes, lime juice, hints of grapefruit and well integrated, distinctive sweetness. An elegant and stylish wine.
