Deep dark ruby with an opaque core, purple reflections, and delicate rim brightening. Underlaid with delicate herbal savouriness, juicy black berry confit, ripe cherry and some nougat, an inviting bouquet. Substantial on the palate, blackberry, black cherry, taut, vivid tannins and a mineral finish, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
