Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine dark forest berry confit, a hint of blackberries, delicate precious wood spice. Medium complexity, fresh, fine structure, delicate tannins, cassis and cayenne pepper on the finish, great food companion.
