The red wine Baptême, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Christa und Ing. Rudolf Salzl has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate dried fruit, a hint of candied orange zest, floral touch, a hint of fig. Fine structure, mineral, delicately herbal on the finish, well-integrated tannins, blackberry in the aftertaste.
