The red wine »Cuvée S Superior«, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Christian Bamberger – Steinhardter Hof has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Cortis from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Extremely dark, blue-red, "deep purple", says the Englishman. The nose is very fruity, with ripe blackberries and a hint of boxwood. On the palate, the "Superior" offers a pithy acidity and still plenty of dark fruit. A very nice wine that has definitely not yet shown all of its certain ageing potential.
