The white wine »Don't be shy« Scheurebe trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Christian Bamberger – Steinhardter Hof has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Nahe in Germany.
As the name suggests, very expressive aromas of cassis, mango and passion fruit, making some Sauvignon Blancs seem shy in comparison. An enormously animating Scheurebe, with a charming fullness, balanced by the straightforward acidity, the fruit is gradually replaced by a beautiful savouriness. Immediately makes you want a second glass.
