The white wine »Urbanus« Pinot Gris trocken, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Clauß has been rated in 2015 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Strong color, some wood and yeast, chestnut, honey, with a lot of air: herbal tones. Oily on the palate, very dense in the extract, mild acidity, built on melting and fullness, seems almost a little monolithic at the moment, alcohol at the upper limit.
