Strong colour that plays into the red. Red berries such as cherry and raspberry on the nose, with smoky notes. Powerful and firmly built on the palate, not a rosé that floats like a butterfly over the terrace, shows substance and tannins and also takes on stronger dishes. Should always be kept near the barbecue.
