Classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas of gooseberry, elderflower, lemongrass and green pepper, accompanied by wood savouriness. The structured palate has good substance and a subtle minerality that supports the fruit, the ripe phenolics complementing the deft use of oak. A little reminiscent of the Loire but mostly Baden and Nack, this wine has good ageing potential.
