The sparkling wine Pinot Rosé Brut Handgerüttelt from the winery Weingut Clauß has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Baden in Germany.
This had a deep rosé colour, with brick red reflections. There are aromas of apple peel tea, and rosehip, with a hint of yeast in the background. It has a powerful palate, with a strong mousse, a rather mild acidity, a full-bodied mid-palate, and a mild round finish. It ends with some sweet Pinot berry fruit.
