Fine herbaceousness on the nose, some hay flower, red apple, stone fruit, peach; also a little raspberry, dried raspberry and fine slate savouriness. Present, quite broadly flowing acidity, compact structure, soft texture and linear progression. The extract is dense and does not seem strained, the noticeable phenolics are ripe and support the structure. Long, very mineral, with rosehip, some iron and red spices.
