Complex herbal fragrance. Chamomile, buttercup and fine slate spice. Piquant fruit reminiscent of quince, candied pineapple and ripe apple. Delicate mineral attack with fine juicy apple fruit and elegant structure. Straightforward Riesling with a melodic acidity in a minor key.
