Tasting Notes
A fine initial ripeness on the nose: candied orange, mandarin, curry, stewed apple. On the palate, the flint wine has a fine mousse that is very well integrated into the full body, a ripe acidity that nevertheless emphasises the fruit and minerality, and a lively, fresh finish.
