Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 20.02.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Strong color. Leather, chocolate, iodine-lime-spicy undertones. In the mouth, the wine is full-bodied, with ripe, fleshy tannins, a pinch of sweetness behind the still rather closed fruit, juiciness and tactile minerality lead from the extract-supported core. Still young!
