Light yellow-green with flecks of silver. Discreet wood spice, a touch of caramel, ripe apple fruit, notes of papaya and lemon balm. Juicy, light-footed, salty with a lively acid structure and white peach on the finish. It lingers in the mouth, is a great food wine with firm minerality and a good potential to age.
