Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicately nutty background, yellow tropical fruit, some mango and papaya, ripe quince touch, some cookie. Full-bodied, juicy white fruit, finely structured, chalky minerality, shows raciness and length, animating like a great Blanc de Blancs Champagne only without the bubbles.
