This has a pale greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. There is a delicate savouriness underpinned by white peach notes, along with some yellow apple, and a hint of citrus nuances. It is juicy, with a fresh structure, sweet extract of tropical fruit, and a lovely minerality on the aftertaste. It is already easy to drink.
