Tasting from 26.03.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Medium garnet. Very typical on the nose with notes of cherry, ripe berries such as cassis, plus roasted aromas such as mocha and clove. Very elegant on the palate with a beautiful balance of creaminess and acidity, noticeable but ripe tannins. Fruity and spicy nuances in the medium-long finish. Can mature.
