Notes of fresh and confit dark forest berries on the nose, paired with intense savouriness. Notes of dark baked sourdough bread and dried lovage as well as roasted fennel seeds. Flattering and full-bodied on the palate. Creamy dark fruit, slightly noticeable tannins and a medium-long, savoury finish.
