A sparkling wine from traditional bottle ageing with 12 months maturation on the lees. Elegant nose with aromas of white flowers, nut nougat and dried apricot. Elegant on the palate with an extremely fine mousse and herbal and citrus notes. Well-integrated acidity, medium-long finish with a slight astringency. Riesling sparkling wine from Lake Zurich.
